Modélisation Géotechnique Et Optimisation Des Fondations Sur Sols Renforces Par Réseaux De Neurones Artificiels : Analyse De La Capacite Portante, Du Tassement Et Des Paramètres De Renforcement

Abstract


Cette étude propose une approche de modélisation géotechnique et d’optimisation des fondations sur sols renforcés par réseaux de neurones artificiels, appliquée au choix des solutions de fondation, à la capacité portante et à la maîtrise des tassements. L’analyse porte sur 2 200 configurations géotechniques. Les semelles isolées représentent 62,7 % des solutions recommandées, contre 17,3 % pour les semelles filantes ou longrines, 14,5 % pour les radiers et 5,5 % pour les fondations profondes. L’étude de la profondeur relative du renforcement montre une plage favorable comprise entre 0,25 et 0,50 B, avec un optimum autour de u/B = 0,35 et un facteur d’amélioration proche de 2,20. La capacité portante admissible augmente avec la largeur de la fondation, passant d’environ 350 kPa pour B = 0,8 m à 648 kPa pour B = 4,0 m. Le renforcement réduit également le tassement de 2,80 à 1,70 cm sous 300 kPa, soit une diminution d’environ 39 %. Ces résultats montrent l’intérêt d’intégrer les paramètres géométriques, mécaniques et de renforcement dans un modèle neuronal destiné à rechercher des solutions techniquement sûres, économiquement adaptées et compatibles avec les exigences de service des bâtiments. Cette approche facilite ainsi l’identification de compromis entre sécurité géotechnique, performance et coût.
