Strategic Management Of The Product Portfolio And Value Creation In Commercial Banks In Kinshasa: An Integrated BCG–Resource-Based View Approach.

Abstract


Cette étude examine l'influence de la gestion stratégique du portefeuille de produits, fondée sur la matrice BCG, sur la performance des établissements bancaires en République démocratique du Congo. Elle vise à évaluer les effets de la croissance du marché, de la part de marché relative, de l'allocation des ressources et des décisions d'investissement stratégiques sur la performance bancaire. Une approche quantitative a été adoptée auprès d'un échantillon de 384 répondants, avec des analyses descriptives, des tests de fiabilité, une analyse factorielle exploratoire et une régression linéaire multiple. Les résultats montrent que les quatre dimensions étudiées exercent une influence positive et significative sur la performance des banques (R² = 0,649 ; p < 0,001). L'allocation des ressources apparaît comme le facteur le plus déterminant, suivie de la croissance du marché, des décisions d'investissement stratégiques et de la part de marché relative. L'étude confirme ainsi la pertinence de la matrice BCG comme outil d'aide à la décision stratégique et d'amélioration durable de la compétitivité bancaire.
